Fillings

Restorations or fillings are a form of treatment for tooth decay or to restore damaged teeth. Direct white fillings are a popular alternative to traditional silver fillings. They are ideal for small to medium size tooth cavities and they have a natural color that matches your existing teeth. Ceramic inlays and onlays provide an alternative type of filling material often used for larger sized cavities. It has more inherent strength than a directly placed white filling.

Bonding

A dental bonding procedure uses a resin material that is first matched to your tooth color and then applied to your tooth. This material is strategically placed and contoured in order to create a more attractive smile in just one visit.

Bonding can be utilized for many dental conditions including:

  • Repairing and improving decayed front teeth
  • Repairing chipped or cracked teeth
  • Improving discolored or stained teeth
  • Closing unwanted spaces between teeth
  • Adding length to teeth
  • Altering the shape or size of teeth
